When will my order be shipped?
Any orders placed before 1PM (UK Time) will be shipped out on the same day via our next-day delivery services. International deliveries sent via Royal Mail may take a few days to arrive, whereas our TNT courier service is usually delivered within 1-2 days regardless of where you are!
Can I track my parcel?
When your order is confirmed as shipped, you should receive an email with any relevant tracking information.
I haven't received my parcel! Where is it?
Sometimes, when sent with Royal Mail, deliveries can be misplaced within their system and can take an extra 1-2 weeks to arrive. However, if you contact us at email@example.com and quote your order number, we will have a look into the status for you. In the event that the parcel actually has been lost, we must wait at least 3 weeks after the order was sent out before sending out a replacement order.
An item is missing from my parcel. What do I do?
Oh no! We try to avoid mistakes wherever possible, but we are only human after all. Simply get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quote your order number and let us know what the problem was and we'll have it rectified as soon as possible.
What is your returns policy?
If you need to return liquids to us for any reason, we can only accept unopened bottles except in certain circumstances. Before doing anything, let us know that you're returning your e-liquids by emailing us at email@example.com, and we'll help you sort everything out.
We are trying to provide 60ml bottles for as long as possible, however the EU TPD regulations will limit us to 10ml bottles very soon, so get them while you can!
What is the PG/VG ratio of your e-liquids?
We mix to a ratio of 60/40 PG/VG for the optimal mouth-to-lung vaping experience.
